Yes, you can download copies of your data any time during your subscription period using the "Export" feature. Data exported from GoMatters is downloaded to your local computer in .xml format. If you decide to cancel your subscription, we will gladly provide you a copy of your data as per the terms.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored on our servers which are geographically dispersed to provide fast access to your data. We offer storage in three regions, US Standard, EU (Ireland), and US-West (Northern California). Files uploaded to your account remain in the region from which they are uploaded and are stored redundantly on multiple devices across multiple facilities. For example, files uploaded from the U.S. region remain in the U.S. region and files uploaded from the EU region remain in the EU region.
